You have on call, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, our highly trained and experienced staff. They have access to regular ongoing customer focus training both internal and external, all have IATA fares and ticketing I & II together with Diplomas in Travel and Tourism as minimum qualifications.
We only hire experienced senior travel consultants who have worked in the business for a minimum period of 10 years and earned the necessary industry qualifications.
